will meet with you to learn your goals and expectations, and
to discuss how to maximize your return on investment for
your home improvement dollars. We’ll cover our 8-step, home
staging process while walking through the home photographing
and gathering those crucial “first impressions.” If time
allows, I will visually give you a quick demonstration of
the difference home staging makes by transforming a room of
your home. The end result will be a proposal based upon the
amount of work needed in order to gain a speedy sale and the
highest dollar amount for your home.
“Top Ten” Priority Report
The
“Top Ten” Priority Report is for homes that are well on
their way to being staged and simply need a little added
direction. This customized report focuses on the ten most
important things the seller should do right away to increase
the value of their home and obtain a faster sale.
Half Day of Home Staging OR Interior Redesign
This
service provides a little extra attention and expertise for
homes. We will be working from Another Look’s 8-step action
plan we began in the consultation, working to transform the
main areas of your home. We will bring in or use your
accessories to complete the look of each room and then
photograph the staging to use in your marketing efforts,
while giving you a visual representation of additional
purchases that will support the transformation.
Full Day of Home Staging OR Interior Redesign
Here
the service is aimed at those homes that need a little more
attention and expertise. We spend a full day making
dramatic transformations to your home. You won’t believe
the difference a day can make! You’ll walk away with a
show-ready home, photos for your marketing efforts, and a
visual guideline as to the additional purchases you can make
to complete the look.
